Many have inquired - and now the time is here for new St. George's t-shirts! They are available to pre-order in a variety of sizes and colors.  Order yours now so we can get them in time for our Sesquicentennial celebration weekend September 9 & 10.  The cost is $22 for adult shirts and $15 for kid's sizes.  Roy Peterson can answer any questions you may have and can be reached at 202-215-6878. Gaywood Uniform Drive
The uniform drive for Gaywood Elementary School continues from now until August 20 but keep in mind that inventories will become increasingly depleted as we get closer to the beginning of the school year. We are asking for donations of light blue, white or navy polo shirts (short or long sleeves) and navy blue bottoms (pants or shorts, skirts, skorts, jumpers) in a wide variety of youth sizes, especially shirts in sizes small, medium and large, and pants in sizes 6-12. See the flyers in the narthex for additional details, including the uniform specifics, popular brands, and where to buy them. Donations should be dropped off at St George's by Sunday August 20 so we can deliver them to Gaywood before school starts on August 28. Contact Donna Haselton at [email protected] with any questions; see Ed Neuschler if you’d like a donation receipt. Thank you for supporting the students and families of Gaywood!
