If you use our online donation page, enter your donation amount in the box next to "Special Holy Day Donation" and write "Easter" in the text box. Thank you!

Easter Egg Hunt
St. George’s is holding an Easter egg hunt  for all preschool and elementary school aged children the afternoon of April 3rd from 3:00-5:00 in the church cemetery.  Families were sent an email invitation and must sign up to attend so that the organizers know how many eggs to dye.  Please click HERE to preregister. Children must bring their own basket or other container to hold the eggs.  Activities will include the egg hunt, other games and/or activities, decorating the cross with flowers for the Sunday morning service, and perhaps a craft to take home, as well as other possible surprises.  Please remember wearing a mask and social distancing is required. Thank you! If you have any questions about the egg hunt contact Tim Dangel at 410-271-4312 or stdangel@comcast.net.  The rain date will be April 4th at the same time.

Reminder to Support St. George's Lenten Outreach Project
As our Lenten Season comes to a close, please remember our Lenten collection this year.  We are collecting donations to benefit Community Crisis Services Inc. (CCSI).  CCSI manages the Warm Nights Shelter, a domestic violence assistance program and a 24 hour crisis hotline. Donations can be made online at stgeorgesglenndale.org on the Donate page or send a check with a notation that it is your Lenten donation. If possible please return your donations by April 18.

Sandwich Making for Warm Nights
If you are looking for a service opportunity, the Justice League is again coordinating a weekly sandwich ministry for Warm Nights on Saturday mornings. Check out this Sign Up Genius link Sandwich ministry  and choose your day(s) to join us. We also are asking for volunteers to donate and drop off bottled water for the lunches, and you can sign up to contribute in that way. We pack 135 lunches each Saturday, at 9:30am. We are usually done in a little over an hour, and follow covid protocols. A Justice League member is on site to provide instruction and support each week. Hope you’ll join us!
