Bowie United for Peace Rally March 13 at 4 pm
Over the last several weeks there were two separate incidents of anti-Semitic literature distributed in Bowie and two bomb scares at Bowie State University. In response, the Interfaith Coalition of Bowie is sponsoring a "Bowie United for Peace" rally to stand up together against hate speech and actions. It will be Sunday March 13 at 4 pm at Allen Pond Park and all are invited to join in support. Bowie Food Pantry Collection March 13 We will be collecting food for the Bowie Food Pantry Sunday March 13th. The food will be loaded into the car at the end of the 10:00 am service. This month the items they need most are: Healthy cereal, 24 oz. Jars of spaghetti sauce, Regular size condiments, Instant potatoes, Pasta sides. |
