Bowie Food Pantry Collection This Sunday
This Sunday is the collection for the Bowie Food Pantry. This month, their greatest needs are soups of any kind, condiments, canned tuna, and toilet paper. Thank you for continuing to support the Bowie Food Pantry! Become Adult Education Class Series begins Monday, September 29 You are invited to participate in an adult education class series beginning on Monday, September 29 called Become. This is a six-week program designed to explore the meaning of the five promises baptismal candidates make at baptism, the same promises that Episcopalians renew whenever we renew our baptismal covenant. Through Bible study, brief video teachings, and conversation, we will explore what it means to live as the Body of Christ in Christian community. Classes will be held on Zoom Mondays at 7pm beginning September 29 and ending November 3. There is a sign up sheet on the credenza if you would like to participate.
