Help Get Out the Vote!
Can you spare ten minutes to make a difference in our nation? This Sunday is the kick-off of our parish project to boost voter turnout in the upcoming federal elections. In ten minutes you can reach out to on again-off again voters via a simple postcard. Join us in the narthex at morning service and the youth spaghetti dinner. Everything you need to send important, non-partisan info is provided, including postcards, pens, voter addresses, and a brief “be sure to vote” message. Questions? Please contact Peggy Alexander, Gretta Estey, Margaret McHale. The St. George's Youth Group Post-Trip Dinner is This Sunday! You can still support the youth group by buying tickets to the report back dinner tonight at 5 pm to hear stories and experiences of their mission trip to Savannah, Georgia. Tickets are $15. Additionally, raffle tickets are on sale for $10 to win dinner for eight with Bishop Mariann at her home. The raffle winner will be drawn at the post-trip dinner. Thank you for your support!
