Bowie Food Pantry Collection This Sunday
For the month of May, the Bowie Food Pantry has a very diverse list of needed items. They are condiments, canned fruit/apple sauce cups, canned tomato products- diced, stewed, etc., either regular or low sodium, personal care items- shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste. Please bring your donations to the church this Sunday. Thank you for supporting the Bowie Food Pantry so faithfully! Welcoming Ministry – Looking for Sunday Morning Greeters St. George's is revitalizing our Welcoming Ministry! We are looking for volunteers to serve as Greeters for the 10 am service. Serving as a greeter can be a simple and fun way to help us create a vibrant community here at St. George's. The primary responsibilities of the greeter are welcoming people at the front door; making sure people have bulletins and service booklets; and seeing that newcomers receive a welcome kit and are introduced to the VPOD for the day. A signup sheet for Greeters will be in the narthex. If you have questions or would like more information, please talk to Ali Oliver-Krueger or Zulma Santiago. Thank you!
